The Boeing India Defense team is looking for an Associate Business Finance Analyst to join their onsite operations in New Delhi. In this role, you will be heavily involved in tracking the financial operational performance of various defense programs under execution. You will act as a vital bridge between the engineering, supply chain, business finance, and accounting teams. Your primary objective will be to handle month-end program reviews, generate robust variance forecasts, and maintain accurate cost tracking dashboards. Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is strictly required. A Master's degree or professional finance qualification (CA, CWA, or MBA in Finance) is highly preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of professional finance experience, ideally within a US multinational corporation or a similar fast-paced global business environment.
• Strong practical experience working inside ERP environments (specifically SAP) and enterprise BI analytics tools.
• Masterful command of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Added familiarity with creating automated tracking macros or visualization tools (like Power BI and Tableau) will set you apart.
• Excellent communication, trend mapping, and presentation skills, with a continuous improvement mindset to find automation windows for routine checks.
• Must be independently authorized to work in India (the employer will not sponsor professional employment visas).
